Each shelving module 600mm long x 270mm wide

The design brief was to produce a functional object within the theme of ’camouflage‘. As I compete in triathlons somewhere to hang by bike and gear in our hallway was a priority. After experimentation with a number of concepts I eventually settled on the shape used in the final design. Being modular the shelf can be extended to cater for a variety of situations and applications.

The laminates were epoxy glued in a MDF jig. The modules are joined with recessed screws with wall brackets also recessed into the laminates.
