Small Wall Cabinet 1 of 4

Our year 11 class was required to make a small wall cabinet or floor cabinet that needed to include a carcase, adjustable shelves and custom made door or doors. I decided on a wall cabinet giving it a simple rolling/following shape. Biscuits used to laminate the panels and construct the door frame. I decided on timber panels with a simple bevelled edge on each side to give the door panel insert a V joint. Carcase was simply screwed together and screws were covered by the panel that were glued and clamped on. Kitchen hinges/ concealed hinges used and a clear lacquer to finish gave a nice natural look.
