Made for Australia: deluxe Woodfast bandsaw

Woodfast's BS450A 18" Deluxe bandsaw was especially developed for the Australian Market and is not available anywhere else in the world.

Faced with our tough timbers, powerful performance was a design pre-requisite, along with ever-present needs for safety features. The 3hp output motor drives heavy cast iron wheels in a rigid frame with square column welding and enhanced body structure.

Both doors have safety micro switches, there is an NVR switch with separate emergency stop as well as a kick off emergency stop and micro switched foot brake.

The upper and lower double spring loaded tool-less blade guides system are also unique to the design. Adjusting the guides is easy while the sturdy cast micro adjustable fence allows quick changes to the 150mm high–lo fence. The machine comes with 12 month manufacturer's warranty and currently retails for $2599 .

For processing larger material this powerful bandsaw is worth a good look.
