Proudly made from a mix of Australian timber this whisky cabinet is a testament to my determination to push myself to learn new skills. The elegant tambour doors made from West Australian Jarrah have hand carved Huon Pine leaf handles. The doors slide effortlessly along the tracks to reveal an internal drawer where the whiskey of choice will sit as the showpiece. Behind the whisky, glows a wall of glorious bookmatched Huon Pine designed to enhance the colour of the whiskey. The internal columns add a sense of status while the Jarrah burl drawer fronts give a richness to the cabinet. This fine whisky cabinet has given me the opportunity to learn and develop my furniture making skills and I've enjoyed every challenge and success it has brought me.
