Vintage book collection case, designed as an expression of scale and dimension, which attempts to divide cubistic shelving from the mirrored minimalistic legs that supports them. Contrasting sliding dovetailed shelving, complete with matching bookends, re-integrates the two halves back into one. Farmhouse woodpile oak, walnut, oregon, mahogany and cedar compliment the character of the vintage paper that it encases.. Brass hardware from the fifties, finished only off the plane, then tung oiled..
