Stephanie White, Twisted (Art & Accessories)

This spoon was a real challenge, I wasn't entirely sure I would be able to translate my idea into the timber, but was well chuffed when it worked out. The centre is completely hollow, and the tendrils have a slight flex too them. All hand tool carved out of basswood, mainly with a Morakniv 120. It took approximately 25 hours and is finished in UBeaut neutral wax.
