Tree house is a cabinet on foot (6'3" tall). Made of precious odds and ends, to hide secret treasures and wonder. It is also an exploration in the textures wood can provide to play with light. Tree House reveals itself when you circulate around it, as all the facets and textures pick a new light angle and make it live. Riven Oak, Mozambique Ebony, African Blackwood, Rosewoods, Acacia, Bog Oak veneer, Pear veneered inside. Fully Pear veneered piston drawer. Double half-lap, dowelling and floating tenon joinery. Brusso solid brass hardware. Oil, de-polished wax, lacquer gum, burnished China ink finishes.
