Saul Parkinson, The facet desk (TABLES, CHAIRS, DESKS 2021 )

American Ash and Walnut. 600 x 1100mm. My goals with this design were a simple and clean form with some subtle details and contrasting elements. It needed to be compact and ergonomic for computer use in a home office setting. The legs are joined directly to the top and so the side aprons are glued at one end only to allow for movement of the top.
