I recently made & installed this bar for a client in Tilba. The brief was a photo of a 1700's bar that the client had found on line. He handed me the photo & asked if I could design & construct a bar to look something similar to the photo, including replicating the aged patina. This is what I came up with. The timber I used is predominantly Queensland Silk Wood which I sourced in KD rough sawn 200 x 50 boards.
