Nick Boyd, Spotted Gum & Silver Ash Sideboard (Student Awards 2019)

I have constructed a sideboard cabinet as a household furniture item, made from spotted gum and silver ash. The sideboard consists of multiple storage areas, including four drawers, two doors with shelves inside and a bench top. In my opinion, this cabinet is quite traditional, yet incorporates intricate and subtle features that enhance the aesthetics, including the frosted glass and curved features of the bench top and inlay.
