This study desk was designed and constructed from recycled Western Australian Jarrah milled in 1918 for the building of the Mount Barker cool stores, the bench top consists of single piece of Western Sheoak (Allocasuarina fraseriana) which was reclaim from the forest floor after bushfires which brings out the beautiful colour and feature grain of this timber . The mangle was create from reclaimed cogs and wheels after the main frame was laser cut and embellished with hand forged scrollwork.
