This near 8 foot wide 7 foot tall pivot door is made from three laminated layers of solid California Claro walnut. It features spring engaged drop seals at the top and bottom of door as well as a matching Claro walnut jamb. The door uses a double pane argon filled emerald green glass panel, With Fritz Jurgens Project M+ pivot hardware. Adorable is nearly 5 feet long and is from Emtek. The door also features an automated fob access locking system from both in and outside of the house, removing the need for a visible lock on the exterior.
