Tyson Lynch, Oriental Hall Table (Furniture)

Noticeably influenced by Japanese architecture, I designed this piece to highlight traditional joinery and the beauty that comes with it. It features six different variations of the mortise and tenon joint, and of course hand cut dovetails, because what would traditional be without them. Made from Australian oak, jarrah, and a touch of ebony. Finished with Danish oil and paste wax. Piece measures 1200W x 915H x 400D
