Marinos Drakopoulos, MM03 (Furniture)

The MM03 chair's design focuses on the continuous line running from the chair back into the front leg. The result is a light and elegant chair, inspired by traditional forms found in Windsor chairs. Shaped and machined layers of laminated timber form the backrest and incorporate carefully refined structural elements. The seat pan uniquely integrates into the support structure, removing the need for additional supports, keeping the design clean and simple. Wedged through tenon details, complete the design and ensure the strength and longevity of the piece.
