Introducing the MAYDAY! Table. The intent of this piece was to resonate its viewers with the thought : MAYDAY! MAYDAY! It was fabricated in solid walnut from Decatur Michigan, hand polished brass hardware, an inset 1/2” thick tempered glass top and finished with hand rubbed oil and hard wax. It features the largest single piece curly walnut slab I have ever carved stabilized with an inlayed steel c-channel and a huge segmented top gear ring with 4-axis CNC milled missile legs & 23k gold leafed studio logo! I designed and built this table for the awesome crew of artists at Mayday Tattoo Co. Built September 2020.
