Lana Oldham, Little Dragon Wand (Art & Accessories)

This is my fifth attempt at a wand and my favorite. It was designed to look very old and battle scarred. I love the idea of items having a story to tell and that's the look I went for. The sad truth is that it was carved from a piece of sycamore given to me by a friend who died last year and it was being carved for another friend who also died last year, before it was finished, so it already has a somewhat dark past. For all his tragic circumstances he does seem quite a happy little chap though.
