I came across this harmonic motion while exploring the kerf bending technique in 2020. My fascination and obsession with this motion drove me to develop this piece from my previous experiment in 2020. There are so many things I still need to work on, but I feel like I have started moving in the right direction. My initial goal is one day to create another series of this work that allows my audience to interact with it freely. 
The piece is made of Beech, Walnut, and Cherry. The curve member of this piece was made with kerf bending and steam bending technic then assembled with thin wood strips to create a fan-shaped form.
