Lachlan Davidson, Hall Cabinet (STUDENT 2021)

I undertook the process of designing and constructing a Hall Cabinet as the major project of my year 12 HSC Industrial Technology studies. The cabinet is constructed from New Guinea Rose Wood with Radiata Pine used for the construction of the draws. The cabinet combines both modern and retro elements to create something intricate while also remaining simplistic through the curved edges and steam bent legs.
