The “Geometric Patterned Bowl” is made of mahogany, the knob and sheets that make the pattern are made of maple. I got the idea for the pattern of the bowl from a Celtic knot. The pattern is made by 8 sheets of maple placed symmetrically around the center of the bowl, each angled out twenty degrees. Due to the angle of the sheets, there are different patterns depending on what part of the bowl you look at. I am very pleased with how uniform yet unique each view of the bowl gives you.
