Technology and heirloom are at odds— however, mood lighting is timeless. I considered RGBCCT addressable high density led strips, but reconsidered given the cost, power, arduino, and time to program. Instead, I opted for the adjustable white COB strips (circuit on board) for their diffuse luminance, they run off a variety of drivers, and are about 1/10 the cost. Overall, super pleased with this decision for backlighting on futurebed.
