I have created a two-drawer cabinet primarily made of Fijian Mahogany, with Kauri being used for the drawer sides. The doors have solid panels, and the drawers are made in the traditional method using dovetail joints and a solid sliding base. The shelves are also solid and can be adjusted. I am very pleased with the final result, particularly as I was faced with a number of challenges and had to switch my timber and start again.
