David Harriman, Deeper Still (ART, OBJECTS 2021)

Australian native animals are some of the most unique creatures on the planet. The playful yet elusive platypus is one of the cutest but strangest of them all. Over the years I have incorporated the platypus in a number of my pieces. This fellow has been carved from Red Cedar and his flowing base is from Camphor Laurel.
