Dæl Desk is a black walnut desk inspired by the drawer pulls. Hardware can often be an afterthought when designing furniture, but the hardware for Dæl Desk was the starting point. Bent laminations were used to create the bases with continuous wood grain wrapping around each base. Joining the two bases together is a privacy panel that features wood grain starting wide on the edge of the bases and narrowing as it flows across the entirety of the front.
