Jess Rossiter, Black Walnut Dining Table (Furniture)

Small dining table made from American black walnut with a natural oil finish topped with a honed piece of Italian marble. Inspired by modern mid-century furniture, the piece was designed to celebrate natural materials and blend into its surroundings. It was important that the through mortise and tenon joints and splined mitre joints were featured as part of the design as well as for structural integrity.
