The mahogany curved 'leg' is made from an old, reclaimed dining room table, with the stainless steel pole made for cantilevered support. Tasmanian blackwood was used for the top and base, and was treated with cold tea to increase the tannin content before ebonising with a mix of steel wool and vinegar.
