This piece began by thinking about recreating glass windows as wooden panels, and then developed into the question of: what if Frank Lloyd Wright had James Krenov build a piece of furniture? Inspired by many of Krenov's cabinet-on-stand pieces, and following the aesthetic of Lloyd Wrights' Robie House dining room furniture, this was my outcome.
