I turned the main leg, the top, the sub-base and the finial on the lathe for my wine table. As a French exchange student, this project was a new thing for me and very challenging because I have never done any woodwork before or any projects like this. I had to make a jig to cut the dovetails to join the feet with the column and the flutes for the column. I also had to make an out board bracket on the side of the lathe to turn bigger piece of timber, like the top.
