Kara Ghasemiani left a career in engineering to become a student of 'furniture carpentry' at the renowned school of crafts and design Capellagården, in Öland, Sweden. In video below, you can see a summary of the design and making processes for Hide and Seek, one of a series of ambient lighting solutions designed with angled slats that create an asymmetric light distribution while keeping the light source hidden.
