It's little over a week before entries close for Maker of the Year, presented by Carbatec! You still have a chance to add your work to our 2024 showcase for fine woodworking and wood art.

For those of you who like to leave things to the last minute (not recommended!), the entry portal clanks shut at 11:59pm AEST, 4 September, 2024! Info and entry is here

Student category entries have uncovered some wonderful talent this year. Here's a short video from Otis Waratah, Bega High School, that highlights a little of the process of making his Tessellation Surfboard and stand.

See Otis's entry description and images here. Below is a video from Evelyn Yi Thong Ong showing part of the making process of her CurvPress Chair.

Many more entries may be viewed by clicking on any of the six entry category icons for Maker of the Year, presented by Carbatec at https://www.woodreview.com.au/moty
