A satellite photo taken on June 27, 2014 would have shown the woodworking hordes descending on Sydney Olympic Park for the start of a three day festival for tool and timber lovers.

This year’s Sydney Timber & Working Wood Show attracted a bumper audience. Two hours into the first day it was a case of weave and duck through the aisles. The show was staged in a large hall adjacent to the Dome where it had been held last year. With a stand sell-out the new hall was full to the brim and alive with demos and displays.

The Wood Review team had fun meeting many of our Sydney based readers, and also spent time checking out the show offerings.
