Dustopper collector receives award
Faster Better Easier is a US business based in Orion Township, Michigan. The company’s Dustopper brand focuses on dust collection/separation technology and recently received an award for ‘Most Innovative Concept’ from the United Inventors Association at the 2024 National Hardware Show.
The Dustopper PRO system combines distributed dust collection, vacuums with built-in separators and bagging technology. ‘We’re thrilled to receive this prestigious award,’ said FBE’s CEO and Dustopper inventor, Tom Huntley. Tom is a lifelong woodworker who after struggling with conventional cyclones, decided to create his own low-profile dust collector to take to jobsites. ‘You need to get a patent on that thing...’, Tom recalled a customer saying.
In 2017 Tom obtained a patent and has been successfully selling Dustoppers ever since. ‘It’s been an amazing journey, and I am grateful for all those who have worked hard to help my dream become a reality’, he said.
FBE’s patented low-profile dust separator, the Dustopper PRO, utilises their newest patented technologies, a vacuum with a Dustopper PRO inside, a bagging unit that collects dust and debris for disposal which FBE labels a new concept for central dust collection in workshops.
